"Firstly I need to state that the staff were fantastic, including the restaurant. They were attentive and well-mannered. The issues started small and grew. The EV chargers were not working, considering this being a big selling point to an EV driver on a euro tour this was frustrating, but I am aware of this being a third party problem, however, the booking form should have been updated as apparently, this was an ongoing issue.
